磯野　迪子Michiko Isono1981-

人間の日常、その行為に興味を持つ作家。人がいるということが本来そこでは重要であるはずだが、磯野にとっての興味は集団としての人間であり、作家はそれを見る観察者といっていい。人それぞれの個性は作品には全く現されない。作品の基調となっている対象からの距離感が、作品を見る側には当たり前の風景の中から日常を再発見するような面白さとなっている。磯野は球体や円柱のガラスの間に街で撮影した広告などのフィルムを挿入して作品化する。また、映像の作品では集合住宅の窓を定点から観測し、不特定多数の他人の営みがそれぞれに変わっていくようすを一画面に表現する。

1981年 東京出身
2004年 The Juilliard School ダンス科 卒業
2010年 多摩美術大学美術学部 工芸学科 卒業
2012年 東京藝術大学美術研究科 先端芸術科修士課程 修了
