born in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan
After learning at Musashino Art University, the artist won a number of prizes by large prints. The artist worked in the University of Pennsylvania receiving a grant from Ministry of Culture in Japan. The artist recently works on plants, natural environment and symbiosis as a theme. The artist also makes installations enclosing plants in empty plastic cassette cases.
